Our goal in the Wizard's Wardrobe is to create a place where our members can relax, have fun and get away from the pressures of real life. Our OOC rules are few, but important. The guiding principle is respect for others. When people respect others, most problems can be avoided. Treat people as you want them to treat you.

We have created a few guidelines below to cover some of the issues we feel are important. They are not meant to be all-inclusive, and may be added to if problems arise. The areas listed are "zero-tolerance" issues. Members who violate them will be warned, but if the behavior persists, they will be asked to leave the site.

Harassment
We define harassment as unwanted attention of any kind. This includes e-mail, IM, and message boards. If a member asks you to leave them alone, please respect their wishes. Repeated violations of this may result in site dismissal.

Spam
Spam is an unfortunate occurrence that cannot be totally avoided. By listing their contact information for other players' use, members become vulnerable. The Wizard's Wardrobe lists e-mail, screen name, forum identities and other contact listings for roleplaying use only. Use of this information for e-mail "harvesting" or advertising will be considered grounds for site dismissal.

Swearing
Our site is intended to be enjoyable for all, and many people find cursing offensive. It is the opinion of the Admin that profanity is unnecessary and generally cheapens language. Because of this, we will not allow swearing in any form on our boards or in our chat rooms, be the situation IC or OOC. The Admin reserve the right to delete any posts containing profanity.

Mature Themes
While our site is geared for older HP fans, we do not exclude younger members. Because of this, we do not allow mature themes in our roleplaying, regardless of the age of the characters involved. The Admin reserve the right to delete any posts containing objectionable contents.
