The Leadership of The Wizard's Wardrobe is divided into Administrators (Admin) and Moderators (Mods). The Admin are responsible for the overall well-being of our world as well as the interaction between individual sites. Moderators are leaders chosen by the Admin to assist with a particular site or aspect of roleplay.

Admin
The Admin are responsible for the overall well-being of the site. They oversee and maintain all areas and perform or delegate site duties. They focus on the broad needs of the site. They maintain balance and continuity to ensure an enjoyable environment for members. As such, they have the final say in any matter.

Admin will roleplay key leadership characters from the various sites that correlate to various IC administrative duties (i.e. Headmaster, House Heads, Ministry of Magic). These IC characters should not be confused with the OOC Admin players, however.

Responsibilities include:

• Create and maintain site web pages
• Create and maintain site guidelines, rules and regulations
• Expand the site into new areas as membership allows
• Moderate major conflicts and discussions
  
  
• Recruit new members
• Process new applications and sort new members. (This may be delegated to site mods as our world grows.
• Oversee activity levels
• Maintain Chargen and credit system
  
  
• Ensure cohesive storylines
• Encourage realistic roleplaying
• Create, approve and oversee major plot developments
• NPC characters needed to advance storylines
  
  
• Maintain Magic Proficiencies
• Consider and Approve new spells

Moderators
Moderators assist the Admin in helping the site run smoothly. They interact regularly with members and focus on a specific aspect of the world and on the daily activities of their area. They help resolve conflict, but will defer to Admin if necessary.

Moderators will roleplay key characters that have IC and OOC responsibilities that relate to the IC characters they play. The IC characters should not be confused with the OOC Moderator players.

Moderator positions will be appointed by the Admin to people who have demonstrated good roleplaying and leadership skills. Certain positions may be open for application. Moderator resposibilities will differ with the type of position. For details, see the individual site.
