The Character Directory is the primary resource of information about members and characters. It holds basic contact information as well as detailed character information. Members are expected to keep their directory entry up to date for each PC. This will mean it needs to be updated every few weeks at minimum.

In addition to basic details, the Character Directory also serves as a character's journal. Members may create journal entries of their memorable moments. The first entry of the character's biography is required. After that, members may update this as often as they like, with as much detail as they like. Journals should be updated at least at the beginning of each term.
