Hogwarts Leadership
Teachers and Staff
Teachers and Staff will be primarily responsible for the academic side of Hogwarts,
including their classes. Depending on time commitment, they may also be involved
in daily non-class activity. Certain positions will have other character-specific
responsibilities.
Roleplaying Requirements

Class Requirements
- Teachers of core classes are expected to offer a class for each year, unless there are no PC's enrolled for that year. Teachers of elective classes must work with the Admin to determine how classes should be structured.
- Teachers are expected to post one MB Class each week for each year (up to 7 lessons a week). The classes should be grouped by House or Houses, depending on how the class is structured.
- Teachers are encouraged, but not required, to hold periodic live classes. Any live classes should be announced 3 days in advance. Live classes should combine the four Houses in one class.
- Teachers may assign OOC homework between classes. Keep in mind that players have real lives. Thus, OOC homework should not be given every week, and should not take too much time to complete.
- Teachers may assign as much IC homework as they like each week, provided it does not require OOC work.
- Teachers may assign one OOC special project per semester. To keep it enjoyable, it should be a group project that will allow students to collaborate while completing the assignment. Teachers may give rewards, with Admin approval, to the best performers.
